Fun, fierce and fresh - Dreebsby is a new international pop-funk-rock (Popfrock?) act formed in Singapore and launched in London in November 2017, with a lineup of Singaporean and British multi-instrumentalists: Sam P (Songwriter; Lawyer; Hot Sauce Connoisseur), Tommy Dean (Wedding Singer on Drums; Spiritual Guru), Daniel Sid (Mythical Being), Chris Yong (Brass & Keys & Woodwind Specialist; Orchestra Conductor Bored of Classical Music). Dreebsby's unique blend of Popfrock has been described as 'dangerously catchy' by On The Beat UK, drawing from funk, rock, blues, jazz, hip-hop and across to electronica, under the heavy influences of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Daft Punk and Dreebsby. Having recently returned from a 4-month promo stint in London with a headline showcase at The Dublin Castle, Dreebsby's opportunity to play at Baybeats Festival Singapore seals it's status as one of the region's newest and fastest up-and-coming acts. The debut single, Out The Door, garnered over 10,000 streams on Spotify within it's first month of release, which in all fairness is probably due to Sam's Doggo as the album artwork.
