Scarlet Riot is a 5-piece outfit made up of Ain (drums), Dan (bass), Teresa (keys), Shea (guitar) and Cora-Leigh (vocals). Their music treads the line between gritty grunge and melodious rock (Break, Pretty, Stand) but also has the range for songs like All You Need and Better that are groovier jams that make you think of summer and sipping iced drinks in the shade. Perhaps their material is best likened to a roller coaster, much like the band’s live performance which is both personal and chaotic at the same time.
