Born and raised in Singapore, Axel Brizzy is an up-and-coming rap artist who is finally coming into his own and ready to showcase his versatility through his music. Influenced by the likes of Childish Gambino & Kendrick Lamar to name a few, Axel Brizzy is unafraid to push the boundaries with his craft, as displayed in his single “Trigger Happy” where he blends in heavy electronic and EDM elements into the track. With slower paced numbers like “Live.”, the rapper unveils a more sensitive and mature side, dropping the flamboyant and braggadocio style when he decides to. Although a relatively new face to most, under the mentorship of Jon Chua of The Sam Willows and producer Evan Low (Evanturetime), Axel Brizzy has performed at numerous festivals such as SHINE Festival, Sundown Festival, and he was also 1 of the 4 acts who represented Singapore in the ‘Dreams Come True With AirAsia’ Campaign by Spotify & AirAsia last year.
